Be like water, because it is strong and clear
Be like water, it rises high to form clouds in the sky
Be like water, it transforms into brilliant colours when touched by the sun
Be like water, its presence falls beautifully on mountains, fields and plains
Be like water, nothing can withstand it, it is stronger than rocks and stone
Be like water, it travels the world in streams, rivers and sea
Be like water, as it nourishes plants and animals, you and me
Be like water, fluid, flexible, resilient and free
Be like water, ever-changing and yet, still the same.
